Clean and tidy caravan, some wear and tear on the worktops. Is basic, could do with some cushions for seating area. As previously stated toilet very small and would be better making into one room rather than seperate washroom. Mattresses needing upgraded as very sore backs.

Clean and serviceable. Had problems with the heating but this was fixed by the camp owner within two hours. Had everything I needed, bed made up, kitchen well equipped, even had a few bits like a bin liner, washing liquid and toilet roll which you don’t always find in caravan holidays. Looked a bit tired, some marks and light damage to the walls and fittings, and the exterior could have done with a clean. Decking outside quite slippery in the cold and wet. Suited me and my dog fine for a few nights as a base to explore from.
