The River Tay is just 3 miles away where you can spend an afternoon fishing or stroll along its picturesque banks. If you prefer the hustle and bustle of the city, Perth is only 9 miles away with a host of entertainment, including a palace, museums, art galleries, stunning gardens, and a famous racecourse. More fun can be found in the coastal city of Dundee, 14 miles away, with shops, eateries, the iconic V&A design museum, and a family friendly stretch of golden sand at Broughty Ferry Beach (18 miles).
This luxury lodge is situated in an exclusive family run resort. From the decking enter the open plan living space, which offers a social area to get together with friends. A stylish kitchen area features a dining table to enjoy a nice breakfast or glass of wine while socialising! The kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, and microwave. The lounge area offers comfortable sofas where you can cuddle up and watch a movie on the wall mounted Smart TV or read a good book in front of the flame effect electric fire. At either end of the lounge, you will find two comfortable double bedrooms with Hypnos mattresses and there is a bathroom with a large walk in shower and WC.
Outside you will find decking with a private hot tub overlooking the open fields. There is a large communal lawn which you are welcome to enjoy, and the resort features a pretty lochan where you can often see local wildlife nearby. There is ample parking just a few meters from your lodge and there are village shops and pubs less than 1 mile away in Errol. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 2 doubles. 1 bathroom with shower and WC. Gas hob and electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Flame effect electric fire. Wall mounted Smart TV in lounge. Decking with seating and shared lawn.
