Lovely view and excellent quiet dog walking meadow across the road. The house is warm, clean and with comfortable beds but would benefit from more attention being given to its furnishings to help it reach 4/5 star rating. Garden is not childproof nor dog proof.

Stayed with family with young children while it was still quite cold in early April. Cottage was comfortable, heating efficient- except for hot water which was sporadic in main bathroom and main shower (it didn't always run hot in these, although other taps were hot).It would have been helpful to have more information about which bins to use- there seemed to be nowhere at all for food waste, and we were not clear about which was the 'general waste' bin. (Apologies if we messed it up)We have family in the local area (our main reason for visiting) but had never explored Bridge of Earn. We were all excited to see evidence of beavers in the local burns. And the little Chinese takeaway (Wok-In) came up trumps with a delicious meal on our last night.
