Relax in the cosy lounge housing a sofa and an arm chair, with an electric fire to warm those cooler evenings. Full doors open out to a raised patio seating area, so you can spend a moment appreciating the location and simply enjoying the fresh air. Gather your loved ones for a home cooked meal in the kitchen/diner, a nice spot to discuss those up and coming adventures whilst embracing some quality time together. As the night draws in, choose from two bedrooms; a double with a beautiful en-suite, and a twin, each neutrally styled to create a relaxing ambience throughout. With the addition of a separate bathroom, you have everything you need to comfortably go about your day in style. Venture out into Dunning, which has its own historical monument in St. Serfs Church, and holds a pay to play golf course, tennis courts, two pubs and an abundance of walking and cycling routes. Less than an hour from Edinburgh, Glasgow and St. Andrews and just 15 minutes from the City of Perth, there is much to explore in and around the area. A countryside break for a memorable stay.

Our stay at the lodge was great, it is in the perfect location, 20 mins from Perth, 30 mins from Sterling, 1 hr to Loch Lomond, Pitlochry and Edinburgh. The lodge is on a delightful and peaceful small holiday park and is very well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The master bedroom has a en-suite, with bath and shower and lots of storage. There's a separate bathroom and shower for the kids. Their room had 2 single beds, which suited them perfectly. The living room is nicely decorated with plenty of space and free WiFi, tv, dvd, games and info on local attractions. Kitchen has everything we needed, can't fault this lodge. Ideal for a family with 2 children. Would definitely stay again.

Leaking shower, chipped crockery, toilet roll holder fell off wall 1st night, pots and pans need replaced, both hoovers full to capacity and general cleanliness not up to the standard expected, also the noise of the cold water system was awful - howled every time you had a shower
