Our Deluxe Caravans offer a premium relaxing caravan retreat. With modern interiors, a comfortable open plan living space alongside a fully equipped kitchen, this accommodation is perfect for families and couples alike looking for a little extra added luxury and comfort. Our Deluxe Caravan accommodation offers a spacious master bedroom with a 14” TV included alongside twin bedrooms with single beds. A spacious family shower room equipped with a washbasin and WC is also included. .
Site Description
Coldingham Bay Leisure Park is situated on the Berwickshire Coast, just an hour’s drive from Edinburgh. With 22 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, the park offers the peaceful tranquillity of a countryside setting. With the beach and a host of activities and attractions just a stone’s throw away, it’s a wonderful holiday retreat.
Any work parties must be booked direct with the park direct and not through Hoseasons
Please be aware pets will not be accepted in non pet accommodations.

Clean, modern, attractive and comfortable caravan.A few things that I would consider as standard (from my previous stays at caravan parks) weren't included (because of COVID?). For example: sweeping brush/vacuum cleaner, scissors, clothes dryer, toilet brush... However, the site did find a clothes-airer-thing for us to use straight away, and there was a dustpan and brush for small clean-ups. The staff were pleasant and dealt with any queries quickly.

Had a great holiday with my 88 year old mother who loved the deluxe caravan with its large window and her own toilet and TV in her room.The unfortunate burning down of the main facilities was so sad however we could use the alternative sight.Tracey was just lovely, welcoming and helpful. Always a cheery smile and a wave when we passed.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Coldingham Bay on 13/11/20. The caravan was beautifully clean and well equipped. We had no issues. We would definitely consider staying again for a short break as it is in short distance of a lovely beach and close to Eyemouth for a wee visit. The last trip away in a caravan (not here) was a complete disaster and the caravan was very old and tired, this has certainly changed my opinion of a caravan holiday - this is how is should be! I would of happily stayed on for a few more nights. Thanks again :-)
