It was comfortable, clean and well equipped. It has lovely views from the patio doors. The welcome pack was a nice treat. The only downside for us was that there wasn't an enclosed garden, only an enclosed area away from the house. We would have liked to be able to open the patio doors and still have our dog safe. Unfortunately we won't be returning to the Old Byre because of this.

Thank you for the cheese, wine grapes and shortbread which was a lovely surprise.

Great specification of kitchen and bedrooms. Surprising easy to keep warm with both underfloor heating and clean wood burning fire. Only negative for us was the access from the main road A68 to the access road to the farm. Wonderful view from the patio which is situated with access from main living area.
