Tweed Hideaway is one of three fabulous open plan properties on an organic farm in the Scottish Borders, only a few miles from the market town of Kelso. In the summer and autumn months, there are thousands of organic sunflowers decorating the landscape.
The Hideaway was designed with Hygge in mind, is tranquil, and boasts incredible views over the Eden and Tweed Valleys to the Cheviot Hills - the ideal countryside escape. It also has its own private wood fired hot tub.
Accessibility: Accommodation all on ground floor.
Size: Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms.
Beds: 1 x king size, 1 x twin beds.
Living area: Open plan with corner sofa, wood burning stove, TV. Dining table and seating for up to 4 guests.
Kitchen: Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Bedroom 1: King size bed, glass doors opening onto decking.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, glass doors opening onto decking.
Bathroom: Large walk in shower, WC and washbasin.
Outside: A meadow style garden with 2 swing seats. Decking with seating. Wood fired hot tub. External shower. Storage shed. Shared tennis court.

Heating: Electric underfloor heating.
Pets: Sorry, no pets.
General: Linen and towels provided. WiFi. Logs for the fire. Welcome pack including home grown porridge oats.

We had a wonderful two weeks stay in one of the cottages. We enjoyed very much staying in a lovely countryside with pheasants and hares, had wonderful walks in great nature, felt happy and warm in the evenings with the log fire and the hot tub. We had a warm welcome and the owners were friendly and helpful in every situation - We really missed nothing!

Superb place to stay in a gorgeous location surrounded by open fields with views for miles. Maggie, the host, couldn't do any more if she tried to make it a really great stay. Property is spotless and to a very high standard and extremely comfortable.
