Lovely place ...very niche only 6 units so very peaceful and private.The lodge we were in ..heron..was very spacious and comfortable and a nice touch of a welcome basket with basics like tea, coffee bread snacks etc...most welcome.Nice handy location for ayr and surrounding area but you do need a car to get around.Hot tub is a great bonus ..Just sat of an evening relaxing.Had a lovely stay and would 100% recommend.The only slight downside is the departure time of 9am..too early when you are on holiday ..it means you have to get up at 7 to pack and have breakfast...would be better if changed to 10 am please.Couple of suggestions:Requires oven gloves in the kitchenAnd a shelf to put toiletries on in the bathrooms/ showers instead of on the floor would be preferred.Thanks for a lovely stay.
