Aye have no troubles with the house all in fantastic accommodations thank you so so much for letting us stay in your house

There were only the 3 of us staying there so plenty of room. The loo on the landing wasn’t great for my 91 year old mother at night but we managed! It’s a lovely house - although the location - not near the seaside, on a main road but great for Morrisons! And near the railway station. Hope Ayr station will reopen soon!

Off street parking and ideal for Ayr town centre, train station and a Morrisons across the road. Lovely large modern kitchen very well equipped. Two newly refurbished ensuites in the double bedrooms BUT there was no toilet in them. The sinks were extremely small and inaccessible due to the situation of the mirror glass shelf, which in the rear bedroom was broken on arrival, we assume due to the tight space to use the sink and dry from the shower. There is a bathroom on the mid floor and a downstairs cloakroom (with no radiator so extremely cold in there). There were some maintenance issues requiring attention, particularly the front door looks like it requires replacing, it gives a bad impression of the property on the approach, but the property is beautifully done. The big issue for us was the noise and light pollution in the front bedrooms from broken and poorly fitted blinds which were not black out ones and with no curtains there was an awful lot of noise, light and draft pollution from them. In order for our children to sleep we had to drape blankets over the windows. Overall we loved our stay in this large and beautiful old house, it just requires a little attention in the areas mentioned to be just perfect! We did, however, feel that the owners are in the processing of sorting these issues out.
