This well-presented, semi-detached cottage rests in the delightful harbour village of Maidens, situated along the largely unexplored coastline of south west Scotland. Serving as a homely base for family and friends, Meadowbank has been renovated to a high, contemporary standard with a bright and airy open-plan living area, here you can look forward to relaxing on the large corner sofa whilst browsing through the entertainment options on the Smart TV, all before enjoying a sumptuous feast prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. The ground floor also includes a cosy double bedroom, which is a great choice for those with limited mobility, whilst the remaining two bedrooms can be found upstairs. The master features a spacious king-size with sloped ceilings, while the bunk room is perfect for children had has fabulous sea views. Heading outside of the property, why not treat yourself to a glass of wine, or perhaps an alfresco meal on the enclosed patio? The cottage is ideally placed for holidaymakers, with a well-stocked local shop just across the road and an extensive sandy beach with stunning views of Ailsa Craig a little further ahead. Enjoy a day at the beach or take advantage of some of the great walking and cycling trails which are available nearby. If golfing is your passion, then there are a number of fine courses in Ayrshire including the luxury Turnberry resort, just one and half miles away. Explore stunning Culzean Castle and Country Park or discover Robert Burns' connection with this lovely part of Scotland. Maidens is a fishing village nestled at the southern end of Maidenhead Bay, two miles north of Turnberry and five miles west of Maybole. The village looks out to sea with views of Ailsa Craig and the distant Mull of Kintyre.
