Very peaceful location with fantastic views of the sea across the fields.Tip for dog lover. We found "K9" dog park less than 5 minutes away for £5 an hour or £8 for two or more dogs. Follow sat nav and once is says you have arrived at destination, contact out of the village and it's 400 yards on the right. PS reverse into the site.Accommodation was great and for a change, the "enclosed" garden really was enclosed and safe for our two boys.We will be back next year Ali & Valda

Clean, beautifully presented and very spacious. Pictures don't do the place justice. Excellent value for money. Lovely owners, who were friendly but not intrusive. Nice enclosed garden for the dog. Wonderful views down to Arran and Ailsa Craig from the hot tub (also spotless). Enjoyed watching the planes taking off (don't be concerned the cottage is far enough away not to be affected by any noise). Prestwick, Ayr and Troon all within 10mins for your big supermarkets/petrol but you the feeling of being miles from anywhere. Would love to return!

Had a great break, cottage was lovely and very spacious. Rural location with an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside. Only down side was approach road which could do with some repair.
