The house was a very cosy property particularly well equipped and resourced. We were mountain biking and it was a comfortable place to recover, to eat and socialise. I would reccomend it to friends.

Well deserved 5* We had a wonderful 5 day stay with family (6 adults 1 baby). Everything is excellent quality from fixtures & fittings to luxurious soft furnishings, the bedding and towels are top quality. Its exceptionally clean and the attention to detail is fantastic with hairdryers & irons in each bedroom & spacious wardrobes. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty crockery, pots, utensils etc & has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, wine fridge, ice maker, coffee machine and range cooker. The spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area never felt cramped, even with all our party in the area at the same time. The shower room has underfloor heating and the shower is top quality and very powerful. The house has a great heating system and fans are provided too. There is a large private patio area in front of the house that would be great to use during nice weather. Although its in the heart of Callander with lots on your doorstep, the house is very peaceful and we cant wait to return.
