garden where you can sit in the hot tub and enjoy the beautiful views. You may even catch a glimpse of red deer that are regular visitors in the fields surrounding Gartclach Farm. There are 3 large bedrooms, so you can choose between 2 kingsize rooms or a twin, one of the kingsize room has en-suite facilities and a dressing area suitable for a cot.
Gartclach farm is located on the edge of Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park and is close to the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park making it an excellent location for those who are looking to explore this beautiful countryside. It is a mile from the national cycle network route 7 and is close to numerous popular walks. It is within a 30-minute drive of many local attractions such as Loch Lomond, Loch Katrine, Go Ape and Blair Drummond Safari Park. Gartclach is also located 22 miles from Glasgow and 17 miles from Stirling city centres and is a 10-20 minute drive to the villages of Buchlyvie, Aberfoyle, Balfron, Drymen and Killearn. These villages cater for local services such as cafes, restaurants, shops, petrol stations and electric car charging points. The property is within walking distance of a café, gift shop and garden centre and 2 miles from Gartmore village, home to a community owned pub and restaurant.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐A beautiful, well thought out cottage — we didn’t want to leave!We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Gartclatch Farm and couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our holiday and first time in Scotland.The cottage is absolutely beautiful and it is clear that so much thought has gone into every detail. It is incredibly well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and it really felt like a home away from home rather than just a holiday cottage. The layout, furnishings and little touches throughout made it such a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.The hot tub was a lovely and the perfect way to unwind after busy days. Sitting outside and enjoying the peaceful surroundings was a real highlight and made the stay feel extra special and was perfect after a long hike.The cottage itself is finished to a very high standard, with a lovely balance of comfort, practicality and style. It was spotlessly clean, cosy and had everything we needed for a relaxing family break.The location is wonderfully peaceful and the surroundings are beautiful. It was the perfect place to escape, slow down and enjoy some quality family time, but was also close enough so you dont feel completely out in the sticks.Thank you for such a fantastic stay. We have made some lovely memories and would absolutely love to return in the future.

We had a fantastic week here, the house is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Very central location close to lots of activities but rural. The hot tub and bbq add a bit extra! We are already planning our return trip

Fantastic holiday cottage in a quiet rural location. We’ve stayed in a lot of holiday cottages in the UK & this is probably the best we’ve stayed in. Well designed floor plan. Its on the mains water supply but the drainage is to a septic tank. Every item you could want is there including a washing machine, tumble dryer & a washing line with pegs supplied. Easy to get a food delivery from a supermarket there.
