Please be aware that the stunning front garden is open with next doors and has a low wall, so children and dogs must be supervised at all times. These two cottages are literally a stone’s throw from the Loch shore, where you can claim a little piece of beach and go paddle. Water activities and Loch Cruises are available just a few minutes away.

Great starting point for a number of trips around the west coast and trossachs. The deck at front is a real pleasure for morning coffee

With all that Duck Cottage no.1 offers the location sadly is affected by jet ski revellers & general antisocial behaviour on public access beaches (directly un front if property) & park (by side of cottage) from noise, littering, drugs & car parking/traffic inconsideration.The cottage itself is fab & perfect but a victim of the beautiful location. I honestly say that its adequate for max 4 adults & 2 young children. All thanks to the Maintenance guy. He supplied us with a brand new bbq (although advertised was missing from property on our arrival) & regularly attended to maintain hot tub giving us great consideration on his visits. Alsi a great food hamper was waiting for us on our arrival with bread, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, jams, biscuits & fruit

Lovely little cottage with a beautiful view of the Loch. Note that the front and rear garden are not fully secure, and dogs and escape through the rear fence which backs onto a busy A road. Bring something that can be used to secure them to the tether point on the patio.
