The location was lovely and the lodge had everything you need including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washer/dryer and large fridge/freezer. There were some coffee pods, cereals and biscuits on arrival which was a lovely touch. Dressing gowns were also provided with plenty of towels. There was also a comprehensive folder with lots of information and recommendations for restaurants etc. The bed and bed linen were extremely clean and fresh (the mattress is very soft so may not suit some people), but some places were not quite as clean - eg. some areas were very dusty, coffee table had what looked like dog hairs on it, the bedroom carpet was very dirty and we had to remove a clump of hair from the ensuite bathroom sink to enable the water to drain properly). However, we do appreciate that it is coming to the end of the season and there will have been lots of traffic through the lodge during the year.

Location was brilliant, stones throw from Loch. Lodge was roomy, fairly well equipped, comfortable beds, ensuite and hot tub a bonus.Lodge is a little tired looking and could do with some minor maintenance and a freshen up. Karen was very quick to reply when we had a problem. Some lovely places nearby to visit, especially Luss.Overall a good holiday,
