Colzium Farmhouse features nine bedrooms within the main house and the adjoining annexe. There is a large communal function room that can seat up to twenty one guests. This space is perfect for banquet and dinner events, and is also a great space for watching sports events. The front lawn can hold a barbecue.
Colzium Farmhouse is surrounded by beautiful country landscapes and is the perfect accommodation for larger groups looking to get out of the city and reconnect with each other and nature, it’s a fantastic option for family get-togethers. Less than a 40-minute drive outside of Edinburgh city centre, you can take advantage of both the countryside peace and quiet, and the vibrant nightlife that Edinburgh has to offer. Due to the central location, guests will also be able to take advantage of the excellent transport links to visit Livingston, Stirling and Glasgow, all of which can be accessed within an hour by car. Its was nice Cousy place to stay in and. Was nicely cleaned inside place with nice rooms good place to accommodate for large group of peoples as its close to Edinburgh and other places Its just got couples of small Isue as I ask for WiFi pasword which was included in services but never been provided as contacted the host but not get response on that and also jacuzzi was included as well but somehow its was broken or got chained locked on

Its in private property. Nothing around in good few miles. No restaurants or any shopping facilities. So buy things before go to cottage. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Very spacious kitchen and few rooms

We had a great stay at Colzium Farmhouse, we were a group of 15 including kids and grandparents and the house suited our needs perfectly. It was quite clean and neat, although a little dusty. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious like the dining area. It is set in a beautiful location, felt like we were in the middle of nowhere but it was still quite close to Edinburgh. WiFi wasnt great- but I think that was a good thing! Overall we had a lovely stay, although its not for those expecting luxury.
