Ledi Lodge has recently been modified to provide a large open plan living area, shower room and kitchen with glorious views through the woodland to the countryside beyond. It has one double and one twin bedroom, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including all the utensils. The cottage is all electric and heating is provided by panel heaters in all rooms, plus under floor heating in the living room. A laundry and children’s playhouse is also provided on the park. There is a large decked area leading from the living room which is a great place to sit and enjoy the wildlife and some peace and quiet. Beach 5 miles.

This situation of this cottage is great. Beautiful views and only 10 minutes from Linlithgow. However the inside of the cottage was rather tired. The mattresses on the bed were thin and not at all comfortable you could feel the bed frame. The seating in the living room was a mismatch of chairs which again were not comfortable. The kitchen was adequate for our needs. The shower was nice and powerful and roomy but need a bit of TLC as it was mouldy in places. Over all I don't think I would visit again.

We found the cottage very cozy and comfortable. Good powerful shower but noisy. Comfortable beds. And so peaceful and a lovely view over the fields. Would recommend it for a nice peaceful break

Unfortunately the phrase ‘close to Edinburgh’ has been stretched here. Mismatched uncomfortable furniture was difficult to enjoy and overall cleanliness was questionable. Balcony would be better enclosed especially if allowing pets. Overall somewhat disappointing for the price.
