Guests say

Clach Gorm is a well-received cottage in The Outer Hebrides, praised for its beautiful setting and well-equipped nature. Guests have enjoyed the property's cleanliness, stunning views, and the helpfulness of the owners. The spacious kitchen and ample entertainment options cater well to large groups, though some minor issues with underfloor heating and complex technology were noted.

The property is consistently described as spotlessly clean, indicating a high standard of cleanliness maintained by the owners.

The location is celebrated for its superb views and proximity to local sights, making it a fantastic choice for those seeking a picturesque retreat.

Overall, the property is considered comfortable. However, some guests found the underfloor heating too warm and the twin rooms more suited to children, slightly affecting the comfort score.

The cottage is well-equipped and offers a range of facilities. Some guests struggled with the entertainment system, but this does not detract significantly from the overall high standard of facilities.

While the reviews highlight the helpfulness of the owners and the well-equipped nature of the property, there is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches that could be evaluated under this category.

Easy to find. Plenty to do on island. Nine of us stayed in comfort and self-catering easy using supermarket in Stornoway. Easy to install Netflix and great selection of books!

The owner was always ready to answer to our few queries. We were a group of 8 adults: although there were sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms, two of the twin rooms were more adapted to children than to adults. There are plenty of TV screens everywhere... we could not operate he cinema, maybe our fault: 5 remote controls defied our skills. In any case, this place is highly recommendable, we had a wonderful stay

Great views and facilities. Underfloor heating was just a bit too warm for most of our group and the only way to reduce the temperature was to open windows. However this didn't work if it was windy (the house is quite exposed to wind) as the windows blew shut and we worried about them breaking.
