In a lovely rural setting, perfect for year round holidays, this comfortable detached cottage enjoys a large enclosed lawned garden and wonderful countryside views. Close by there are glorious sandy beaches, suburb coastal and countryside walking and numerous lively family attractions. Located just a few minutes’ drive from the fishing village of Amlwch with its pretty harbour and fine selection of restaurants, shops and pubs.
Also close by is Parys Mountain with its heritage copper trail and Llyn Alaw, perfect for bird lovers and fisherman alike. Boat trips for fishing and puffin watching are also easily accessible, as are day trips to Ireland and the Snowdonia National Park and its exhilarating range of outdoor pursuits. Beach 1¼ miles. Shop and restaurant 1½ miles, pub 2 miles.

Llain Gam was very clean and comfortable. A beautiful house and garden with everything you need. Tony and Chris are very welcoming and the lovely home made cake on arrival was a real treat. A beautiful area to be in, Parys mountain was incredible. Would definitely recommend Llain Gam.

Just had 2 weeks at Llain Gam, and immediately booked to return next year.First thing to note is that this property is far more spacious than I expected from the photos, but without losing the cosy cottage feel. The living room and kitchen/diner are both plenty big enough for a large family without you feeling you're on top of each other.Upstairs, the bedrooms are all a good size and both bathroom and ensuite are furnished to a high standard.The garden is a great size and very secure for dogs and kids alike. The property sits right onto a road, but you barely notice when outside and hear nothing from it within the house.The property is located a mile outside of Amlwch and about 2 miles from Parys Mountains. Both were a little far for us to walk to with the family, but doable for those more adventurous. Or both are just a couple of minutes away in the car with plenty of parking. I'd also recommend Lligwy Beach as being no more than 5 mins drive away with full dog access.The rest of the Island is fairly easily to access, with Beaumaris or the Menai area both being around 20 mins away. The guest book is full of people returning to Llain Gam and we'll be joining them as returnees next year, and would recommend this property to all
