Guests consistently praise its beautiful historic features, comfortable bedrooms, and relaxing hot tub. The property is ideal for families and dog owners, offering plenty of space and easy access to scenic walks and the beach. While most found the house clean and well-equipped, a few noted minor maintenance issues and occasional lapses in cleanliness. Overall, visitors enjoyed a memorable and relaxing stay, with many planning to return.
Most guests found the property clean and tidy, with particular praise for the bedrooms and communal areas. However, a few reviews mentioned issues such as stained bedding, hair left in a bed, and a duvet needing repair. These were isolated incidents but suggest occasional lapses.
The location is frequently described as stunning, peaceful, and ideal for relaxation, with beautiful views and close proximity to the beach. Some guests noted the walk to the beach is steep and the nearest pub requires a drive, but overall the setting is highly praised.
Guests consistently mention comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and a relaxing lounge. The house is well-suited for families and groups. A few noted issues with a cold bedroom due to a faulty radiator and uncomfortable sofas, but these did not detract significantly from overall comfort.
The property offers excellent amenities, including a hot tub, well-equipped kitchen, and good Wi-Fi (though there were occasional outages). Some maintenance issues were noted, such as broken doors, tiles, and a BBQ that was not clean. Overall, facilities are well-received but could benefit from some updates.
There are no mentions of welcome gifts or extra thoughtful touches in the reviews, so a score cannot be provided for this category.

We spent a week here in late March 26. There were 5 adults and one pet, and because the house catered for 10 people, we had wonderful space. The house itself is great. Well kept and having the benefit of good outside space. We did not partake of the barbecue area, nor the hot tub. Also, the WiFi was down on arrival and didn't come active again until the last day of our stay, which was very disappointing but not the owners fault. One annoying issue though was that the radiators in the living room seemed to be turned off as there was a log burner in the room. However, we chose not to use the burner, but the option to use one or the other should have been offered. Overall would certainly recommend this property to anyone wishing to relax and enjoy the countryside.

A quirky house with plenty of room for a family and the dog. Situated on a quiet long narrow road that ends up at the beach. Many places within easy driving distance, a car is a must. The place was clean and tidy and quite well equipped. The hot tub was lovely and relaxing. The sofas need replacing, both are uncomfortable. Internet access was great for 4 days then none existent for the last 3, a fault openreach didn’t resolve whilst we were there. Would I recommend this house? Yes I would, despite some stormy weather we enjoyed our base and our break in Anglesey.
