About this property

Llangefni 4.7 miles. Located in the rural hamlet of Cerrigceinwen on the Isle of Anglesey, not far from the town of Llangefni, is the fantastic barn conversion known as Hunters Lodge. Whether you're travelling as a couple, a group of friends, or a family of six, Hunters Lodge, situated on a small holding that is home to a wide variety of wildlife, is a fantastic dog-friendly option. The property benefits from two off-road parking spaces, and a wonderful front garden with picnic bench and barbecue, ideal for savouring the last of the days sun whilst dining alfresco and enjoying your favourite tipple.

The open-plan living space allows for plenty of room to entertain guests while you prepare a feast in the kitchen and enjoy it at the six-person dining table as you plan the following days itinerary. Relax on the plush corner sofa in front of the gas fireplace after dinner while watching your favourite show on the TV. Three well-appointed bedrooms await you at the end of the day, including a king-size, a double, and a twin, all with their own private en-suites, perfect for freshening up at the end of the day. You will also have access to the shared ground which enjoy a playground with a teepee, swings, a sea saw, a sandpit, and ride-on and push-along toys, so mornings are perfect for exploring the grounds and letting the kids burn off some steam in the playground.

For an escape that will stay with you long after you have left, choose Hunters Lodge. Note: This property can be booked with Ref. 1124087, 1124082, together sleeping up to 12 guests.

Llangefni is a sizable market town situated on the banks of the River Cefni, and it features a number of historically significant structures (such as the Town Hall and the clock tower) in addition to its modern amenities (including a number of shops, bars, restaurants, and an art gallery). Llangefni is in the middle of Anglesey, and it is only 7 miles from the beautiful beaches at Benllech and Red Wharf Bay. The beaches in this part of Anglesey are great for families thanks to their shallow waters and picturesque sunsets. Llangefni is conveniently located close to many popular attractions, including Beaumaris, the Sea Zoo, the Pili Butterfly Palace, and Plas Newydd on the island, and Penrhyn Castle, Bodnant Gardens, and the breathtaking scenery of Snowdonia, on the mainland.

The twin bed was not made up and sweet wrappers were amoung the beddin g. The washng machine was full of wet towels and the dishwasher has china in it The gravel was impossible for my scooter, I had specially stated Iwas disabled. The shower was lethel as it was very slippery and no mat. Inever could ajust the tempreture,it was either boiling or cold. There were no instructions for the appliences or leaflets on local places to visit. We were told of wonderful sunsets but no mention was of the 6ft fence and caravans in front of the cottage. The area is beautiful and the people are very helpful and go the exta mile to help but I would find a different cottage to stay next time

Comfortable bedrooms for 3 adults plus our dog. Great peaceful location next to a high end caravan park. In the middle of the island so east access to everything.

However The bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable and proved difficult to get a good nights sleep on. I would also recommend a bit of a declutter as there are some surplus items of furniture in the living room that just get in the way & serve little purpose. (Small table & lamp, bureau & too many pictures) Thanks
