Most guests found the property clean and tidy, especially the bathroom and bedrooms, but several reviews mention issues such as dust, cobwebs, stained carpets, and occasional missed cleaning in the kitchen and living areas. A few guests reported needing to clean surfaces themselves or encountering maintenance oversights.

The kitchen was filthy we could not use any of the China, cutlery etc as mugs which looked new , were brown with stains.the cutlery drawer and other cupboards were grimey and stained.the drawer unit by our bed had a drawer missing which was broken and stuffed behind the bedroom chair with broken pictures.the lounge tv unit and fireplace were so dusty you could write your name on them.i have never stayed in a place that doesn't put bin bags in bins especially bathroom bins.only one bag in kitchen bin and no spares.as for the lethal steps a couple of concrete blocks and slabs sitting on top not even concreted down were a death trap.such a shame as new fridge freezer in kitchen with left bag of ice and full of crumbs not cleaned out.patio overgrown with weeds.the property is in need of a deep clean and maitanance I have taken photos of everything as I honestly can't believe the cleaner and owners think this standard is acceptable.

Unfortunately the property is in desperate need of some tlc. Loose tiles and loose paving on back step caused me to fall.  Patio very uneven and unsafe Not enough hot water to fill a bath Mould in shower Very dusty throughout especially skirting boards. Stains on carpet Stain on living room radiator  Living room radiator would not turn off so room uncomfortably hot. Stained dining chairs  Living room furniture very low,  I was unable to get up so had to sit on a dining chair all week. Kitchen generally grubby particularly the tiles behind the hob and sink. Stain (blood?) On the wall by the patio doors. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
