This cosy single-storey holiday property, adjoining the owner’s home, is situated on the edge of Caergeiliog village and is conveniently located closed to the beautiful west coast of Anglesey, making local attractions and its beaches easily accessible. The property also offers parking for boats, so guests can enjoy the surrounding area at their own leisure. The Snug is surrounded by lovely gardens and is a perfect location for both relaxing winter escapes and summer beach holidays, with wonderful sandy beaches and rocky coves including the magnificent beach at Trearddur Bay being nearby. Dotted with pre-historic monuments and the entire coastline named as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Anglesey is ideal for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. There are golf courses close by and the Snowdonia National Park, where there is something for everyone to be enjoyed. Medieval Beaurmaris Castle, Plas Newydd National Trust House and Gardens, South Stack Lighthouse and the Port of Holyhead for day trips to Dublin are all nearby. The Snug comfortably accommodates three adults and an infant. Beach 3 miles. Shop and pub 1 mile.

On the whole, the holiday was very good.The accommodation gave us what we needed for our restful holiday.However the bed settee was not comfortable to sit on for any length of time. as we like to cook our own meals while we are away, one or two items would have been very useful....a measuring jug and a potato peeler for instance.Having had my little grumble, I would definitely recommend The Snug for a relaxing holiday

We really enjoyed our stay at the snug. Ideal for if you have dogs and want to go to some lovely beaches. The Snug was comfortable and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the sofas. We felt welcomed by the owners and they couldn’t do enough for us. They also gave us some good tips on where to go. The safe, enclosed garden was excellent for our four legged friends. Highly recommended

The Snug is a cosy cottage and is located close to the main road so provides easy access to the rest of the Island. Very clean, with a big comfy double bed, a lovely outside seating area and suitable facilities for cooking yourself a meal if you don’t wish to walk to the pub in The Valley. David and Deb are friendly, informative hosts and they are just next door to help if you have a blond moment (lol).Beaumaris Castle is a great place to visit and there are many coastal walks around the Island, South Stack being a great spot. Holyhead Mountain is an easy climb with great views and wildlife. We visited a couple of really nice beaches, namely Benllech, Trearddur, Cymyran and the one with the fantastic views of Snowdonia Aberffraw. There are also some nice nature reserves. We will have to come back for another stay as there are other places we want to visit.
