A lovely mid-terrace cottage, on the edge of the popular seaside town of Cemaes Bay, on the north coast of Anglesey in Wales. This delightful cottage is just two minutes’ walk to the sea and sandy bay in this lovely sheltered cove and ideal for a family or friends wishing to explore this lovely part of the country. Set on a quiet no through road, this well-presented, pebble dashed cottage with coastal styling provides comfortable and relaxing three bedroom accommodation over three floors. Access is through a hallway into the central dining room, which opens into the bright and airy sitting room to the front, and fitted kitchen to the rear, which then leads through to a separate utility room.
There are two first floor bedrooms with a king-size master bedroom with distant sea views, a twin room and a second floor twin room, ideal for children to escape into as a media and games area with TV and bean bags. In addition there is a ground floor bathroom with bath and shower above, perfect for washing the sand off after a day on the beach. Outside this attractive cottage is a sheltered and enclosed patio where you can relax with a cup of coffee, planning your activities for the day. With free roadside parking outside, you will be able to park the car for the week and explore on foot, due to the close proximity to the Anglesey Coastal Path, the sandy beaches and harbour of Cemaes, and the town centre, with its selection of shops, pubs and restaurants.
Nearby Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a very good leisure centre, an interesting harbour front, a marina, the world’s second longest breakwater and exciting day trips to Dublin on the ferry. A superb, quality cottage on the Isle of Anglesey, perfect for a break at any time of the year.
Trearddur Bay is situated on the western shore of Holy Island. It’s truly beautiful - a great sweep of low grassy coastline indented with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches (European Blue Flag). Watersports, bathing, sailing and windsurfing are the main activities in the summer months and golfers will enjoy the excellent Holyhead 18 hole links golf course. It’s a great place for nature lovers with renowned birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse rspb Reserve and lots of rock pools and cliff top walks to explore. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in Trearddur Bay itself.

The cottage is is a prime village location, comfortable with quality bedding and quilt for a good nights, quiet sleep. There is everything required for a self catering holiday, the cottage is nicely decorated with lots of seating areas. Lots of games and jigsaws and a TV firestick for when the nights were dark and the weather not great. The small garden area was great for letting our dog out in before the long beautiful walks around the area and Anglesey. The owner was very friendly and answered questions quickly - thank you for the wine, milk and mince pies. We will return to this gorgeous cottage and area.

I love that there are plenty supplies, towels, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, etc plus tea, coffee, milk. You can get on with holidaying without having to think about what you need for âhome.â A very relaxing place.

One of our favourite places. The sun shone for us too! The cottage has everything we need and is home from home, my grandsons loved the top bedroom! We will return soon!
