We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ty Bobbet for a week, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home in this comfortable and cosy cottage, which had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The cottage’s tasteful decor and inviting ambiance made it a lovely place to relax after a day of exploring. The location is fantastic, ideal for discovering the beautiful island of Anglesey. We were lucky to find so many points of interest nearby. A highlight was a short walk to the stunning Lanellian lighthouse, where we we were lucky enough to see sunrise, dolphins and seals at high tide. Additionally, the fascinating landscape of Parys Mountain, with its historic copper mines, was just a walk or a five-minute drive away, complete with a car park that offers informative displays about the area.We also couldn’t resist mentioning the nearby Amlwch Port Skyes Creperie, where we enjoyed some of the best pancakes we’ve ever had! Exploring further afield was equally rewarding. We loved our visits to Cemlyn, Newborough National Nature Reserve, the Moulfre Lifeboat exhibition, and South Stack, all of which added to the richness of our stay. Plus a lovely meal at the Oyster Catcher in Rhosneigr if you are looking for something special. As dog owners, we appreciated the welcoming atmosphere for our furry companion, which made our holiday even more enjoyable - he couldn’t believe how many exciting adventures he got to go on! Overall, we can’t recommend Ty Bobbet highly enough for anyone seeking a relaxing retreat. Thank you, Joanne, for providing such a wonderful place to stay.
