Beach Lookout is a bright, modern first-floor holiday apartment that boasts luxury touches and sea views. There is also underfloor heating throughout, so it makes a great year-round bolthole! This holiday apartment is all on one level once you’re inside and with lift access in addition to the stairs, it has easy access, too.
Inside you’ll find a contemporary open plan living space with a bay window which boasts beautiful views. There are two large, squishy fabric sofas around a 50" Smart TV with Netflix access.
Behind the seating is the dining area which seats four comfortably. This leads on to the fab kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave and toaster.
The master bedroom has a gorgeous sea view from the bay window, as well as a super king size bed and large Smart TV with Netflix. This room also has an ensuite with shower, loo and wash hand basin.
The second bedroom has twin beds.
The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, loo and wash hand basin.
Outside there is a courtyard and barbecue area as well as a natural landscaped stream. There is private residents parking available. The apartments and grounds are within a gated entry with video access control, lift and staircase to all floors.

Benllech has a beautiful, long and sandy beach, much favoured by families, with a slipway allowing easy access for all. A variety of shops and cafés front the beach, with a picnic area to the side, whilst the village centre offers more shops, pubs, hotels and restaurants. The setting promises to suit every taste, with the village itself ideal for family holidays, whilst the rural setting offers peace and easy access to the coast, rural Anglesey and of course the spectacular mountains of Snowdonia.
