On arrival we were impressed by the cleanliness and fresh appearance of the house. Unfortunately the house is not heated adequately - we had no response to a phone message left on the contact number requesting help with this. The attraction of having two shower rooms for a party of four was negated due to the shower room never reaching a temperature above âicyâ. We would like to return to Anglesey but would not consider this accommodation

Was concerned over some comments about heating but cottage was lovely and warm, heating came on automatically never needed to touch it! Kitchen was well stocked with pots/ pans and back yard was astro turf so perfect for the dogs and cleaning up after them! Would definitely recommend!

Half a toilet roll in each toilet isn't sufficient and to leave no others! No basic kitchen items, such as kitchen roll, kitchen foil,. These are not extravagant things. Maybe scrap the dog snacks and wine and get some of these things instead. t was also full of dog hair, so I'm not sure if it had been swept or not or if this had been missed. I swept it myself before unpacking. Also thank goodness for blankets. It can be quite chilly, but figured out the heating to a certain degree.
