A single-storey, stone-built cottage situated next to the owner's property, in the sleepy hamlet of Llanddaniel Fab, on the picturesque Isle of Anglesey. Perfect for a romantic getaway, this detached Llanddaniel Fab cottage has been lovingly decorated, and is spacious and comfortable, boasting a light and airy conservatory running the length of the house. Patio doors lead from the conservatory to a double bedroom, a pleasant fitted kitchen with dining area and a cosy sitting room with woodburner. There is a private, lawned garden to the front of this Anglesey cottage, which is home to mature trees and shrubs, plus the welcoming owners are happy to share their large walled garden, which offers superb views to the Snowdonia mountain range.
Anglesey's glorious coastal path and beaches can be easily found from your cottage in Landdaniel Fab, plus the Menai Strait and Newborough Forest and beach are also within a short drive. A little further is the historic town of Beaumaris, which offers a good choice of interesting shops, pubs and restaurants, and boasts a medieval castle and a Victorian pier. A wonderful relaxing romantic retreat, this is a fantastic Llanddaniel Fab cottage at any time of year.
The rural village of Llanddaniel Fab is ideally situated just 2 miles from the beautiful Menai Straits, on the south coast of the delightful Isle of Anglesey, and provides a local shop and an all weather, 9 hole golf course. Discover the magnificent Llanddwyn Beach, 3 miles of golden sands boasting stunning walks and striking views across the glistening sea toward the Welsh Mountains, or explore the fascinating National Nature Reserve, renowned for its colourful birdlife, whispering forest and huge sweep of marshes and dunes. The National Trust’s Plas Newydd country house and gardens is a short drive and well worth a visit.The whole of the island boasts superb watersports, fishing, diving and walking opportunities. A wonderful location for a varied and enjoyable holiday.

Very comfy settee & conservatory furniture. My only problem was the bed, which I found extremely hard. Saying that my husband didn't find it too bad. The electric car charger is brilliant and much appreciated. Catie and the children are lovely (didn't meet Stuart). All in all a lovely place to stay, close to Beaumaris and to the A5 for exploring the island.

We really appreciated the welcome pack left for us. There are a few maintenance issues in the kitchen. If the lower cupboard had a shelf all pans etc could be placed together leaving the upper wall cupboard free for food storage which is currently in short supply. One of the cupboard doors has cracked laminate. The bathroom is small but adequate. The rest of the accommodation is spacious with comfy seating and was spotlessly clean. The conservatory is a real bonus. But for the kitchen we would have happily given the accommodation 5 stars - presently itâs a 4.5. Despite the rain and wind we enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year in early summer when we hope the weather will be kinder to us.

Ideally located for visiting all parts of Anglesey and North Wales. Owners live text door and are very welcoming and helpful with any queries or snags and knowledgeable on local beaches,etc.
