Quietly tucked away in the heart of Anglesey, this spacious, detached holiday cottage is ideally located for holidays whatever the season and also has its own hot tub. Although the location is charmingly rural, there are a fine selection of visitor attractions available nearby including the medieval Beaumaris Castle, National Trust Plas Newydd House and Gardens and South Stack Lighthouse. Within easy reach are also a wonderful selection of sandy beaches and fabulous walking opportunities, the island is a paradise for walkers and bird watchers alike. Day trips to Ireland from the bustling port of Holyhead, a myriad of outdoor pursuits and breathtaking scenery in the Snowdonia National Park are also within easy reach. Golf, horse riding, lake fishing and sailing are all available nearby. Beach 10 miles. Shop and pub 2 miles, restaurant 6 miles.

Had a fantastic week here with partner, 2 kids, 2 teens and our dog. We thoroughly enjoyed the large enclosed garden and the peace and tranquility. The cottage was exceptionally spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The beds were all really comfy with gorgeous chunky bedding and great pillows. The WiFi didn't work too well for us but the hot tub made up for it! Its a really great hot tub and we used it every day. We were absolutely made up with our welcome pack of eggs, crisps, biscuits and sweets! It was also a delight to find tea bags, coffee and milk in the fridge because after a long journey you are glad of a brew. Thank you so much, sure we'll be back! :-)

The cottage is brilliant! We spent 4 days with 2 young kids here, luckily the weather was on our side so the cottage was mainly a base for eating, sleeping and going in the hot tub. One thing I would say is it needs a bit of "modernising", the TV is small and it has a DVD player... :) As I said, it didn't bother us because the weather was great but if the weather was poor, it would be interesting with kids keeping them interested. Hot tub is great, the location is fab if you want to be away from the chaos of life. You are 30 mins from main land Wales for main attractions, hills etc and 20 mins for local attractions on the island. Recommend this cottage! **note - when staying with kids in summer, bring black out blinds as it gets bright in the rooms early.

We had a nice week here, all facilities good. Downstairs loo would have been nice.Price was good would definitely go again if it wasn't such a long drive for us.
