The cottage had a great back story and was absolutely lovely, as well as clean and well equipped with owners who were helpful and friendly. Thank you!

However, anyone with mobility issues will find the 2 sets of steep stairs rather challenging e.g. we couldnât use the rear courtyard (which was lovely) as we dared not carry hot drinks down the steep stairs. Our main problem was parking at the rear of the property as it was virtually on a concrete platform with very little room to manoeuvre. Fortunately there was a large (free) council run carpark across the road at the back which was fine.

Super pictures on the walls. Beautiful light fittings. Good quality furniture and comfortable bed. The cottage has obviously had so much care and attention placed there. It was good that the heat came on morning and evening we so appreciated that. Some days were colder than others. We enjoyed our stay it was good to be within short walking distance to the pub, harbour and shop. A great place to stay.
