Guests say

Glan Dwr is a well-received cottage in Anglesey, praised for its cleanliness, comfortable furnishings, and private gardens. Its location offers easy access to beaches and local amenities, making it a favoured spot for both families and dog owners. The enclosed garden and thoughtful touches, such as outdoor seating and provided sanitiser, add to the charm of this holiday home.

Most guests found the cottage to be sparkling clean, with high standards of hygiene, especially appreciated during Covid concerns. However, a few guests mentioned issues with dog hair, dust, and mould, suggesting occasional lapses in cleaning.

The cottage's location is highly praised for its quiet cul-de-sac setting, proximity to beaches, and local pubs and restaurants. It offers pleasant walks and is a convenient base for exploring Anglesey.

Guests frequently describe the bungalow as comfortable, warm, and welcoming, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Some concerns were raised about the suitability for six people and the presence of condensation.

The property is well-equipped with modern amenities and a secure garden. Some guests found the heating system complicated and suggested improvements like additional TVs and central heating.

While many reviews express appreciation for the property's amenities and garden, there is insufficient information to assess the presence of thoughtful gestures such as gifts. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.

Very comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. Our dog loved the garden and it was great to have a washing line (there is a tumble dryer as well.) The property manual was extremely informative which made the cottage very user friendly.

The electric car charging point is so handy and the owners are very helpful.

The location is great too. Just one downside, the thermostat is located in the dining area which means when you have the log burner lit, the heating goes off and the bedrooms leaving them extremely cold.
