The property's location is convenient for exploring Anglesey and its proximity to a golf course is a bonus for enthusiasts. Several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, including dust, cobwebs, and dirty floors. There are also reports of a musty smell in the ground floor area and concerns about the upkeep of the property.
The location is frequently praised for being quiet and convenient, with easy parking and proximity to local attractions and beaches. The adjacent golf course is also highlighted as a positive feature for those interested in the sport.
The property is generally considered comfortable, with good bed options and clean, comfortable rooms. However, some guests noted steep stairs and a damp smell in the ground floor bedroom, which affected the overall comfort level.
Guests are pleased with the modern decor and the en-suite bathrooms. However, there are several comments about the lack of kitchen utensils, blunt knives, and the need for more cookware. Maintenance issues like a leak and a problematic septic tank are also noted.
There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the property owners towards the guests, so it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

It was spacious, light and well-equipped. The location was quiet and parking convenient. It was just a short drive to Treaddhur, with its shop, cafes and restaurants, and beaches. The beds were comfortable and the two upstairs bathrooms were very good. The only downside was the smell from the downstairs bathroom. It was no problem for us as we just used the bedrooms/bathrooms on the first and second floors.

The property was lovely nice and bright and as pictured, only thing letting it down was the cleanliness the cookware and the musty smell on the ground floor however, we stayed on the fist floor and upstairs so it didnât bother us too much.

The property was thick in dust and the dishes were dirty, we had to wash them before we could even have a drink. There is a stain on the wall by the back door which needs painting over, there are cobwebs throughout the property and not small ones and also the floors felt dirty under your feet. The windows were filthy to the point where we thought it was raining, seems a shame not to be able to enjoy the view due to lack of cleaning! If you could advise on the best email to send pictures too please as I would like to send pictures to support. Overall very unhappy customer, with the price of the stay we were expecting it to be as the pictures...immaculate! We felt like the property had been cleaned when the last visitor left (maybe a fews months ago) but had not been revisited since.
