Nearby is the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons National Park), Carmarthenshire Fans and Black Mountains are a walker's delight. Whist further afield are the beaches and cliff walks on the Gower Peninsula.

Pets must be house trained and must be kept on a lead when out of the cottage.
