Sea View is a well-received cottage in Carmarthen, praised for its comfort, new and clean furnishings, and well-equipped kitchen. While some guests noted traffic noise outdoors and desired more local information, the property's overall charm and quality seem to shine through, making it a recommended base for exploring nearby beaches and attractions.
Guests have described the property as clean and new, indicating high standards of cleanliness.
The property's proximity to busy roads was noted, yet it remains well-placed for beach access. Lack of nearby amenities slightly affects the score.
The property is generally found to be very comfortable, with good bedding and sizeable bedrooms, though some guests mentioned issues with bathroom facilities.
The well-equipped kitchen was a plus, but concerns over bathroom facilities and pet security in the garden suggest room for improvement.

3 good size bedrooms with double beds. The only criticism is the enclosed garden is shared with the adjacent property and the garden is NOT secure for pets as the fence at the bottom of it is open wood slats allowing dogs free access to the adjacent field which is right next to a busy duel carriageway. This should be included in the description of the property as it accepts pets and that is important information not to disclose

We complained but nothing was done. There was no shower over the bath as was advertised.Having an Autistic lad with us spoilt the holiday for him as he couldnt use the bathroom, everyone shared the en suite.
