Wide open landscapes remain relatively undiscovered and thankfully, totally undeveloped. The 5800 hectares of Brechfa Forest on the doorstep, offer expeditions a plenty: Way marked routes take walkers from thick conifer plantations, over gushing streams to vast open vistas and the residues of ancient woodland. The mountain bike trails offer adventure for all abilities: The Derwen Trail provides a great introduction to the sport for families and novices, while the black graded, Raven Trail will put even the most experienced to the test. Lovely clean property with excellent facilities, owners are on the doorstep if needed - friendly but not intrusive.Local pub is fantastic with excellent food, however only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.Many tourist attractions are only a short drive away.

Excellent house in a peaceful location. The stream next to the house is lovely and my son enjoyed walking up it every day. Great location as it’s within about an hour of everywhere we wanted to go. Owners are very friendly and helpful. We definitely want to return!

We had the most amazing holiday in this cottage we could not fault anything about this property, it was so clean and comfortable and owners was amazing also on hand if anything needed done or help with we will certainly be returning soon would recommend to anyone and in good place close to everything you need 🥰
