The apartment is well located with allocated parking. The communal areas are dirty. Carpet is filthy!The flat is shabby in places. The kitchen cabinets are not cleaned inside. We found a pan with burnt on food. The oven and hob were not clean. The oven tray had not been cleaned but covered over with tin foil. The floor had not been hovered. We found food debris in between the cushions of the sofa. Before we unpacked I hoovered the floor & sofa. The tiles in the bathroom had dirt on them and the silicone around the toilet was very dirty. I cleaned the bath and floor Because of this I couldn’t recommend.
