This is a special place. Very quiet because of it's location its not close to any real local facilities so plan to take everything you might need for the first day or 2. We did a shop on the way in before we reached the accommodation. The place has everything you need a good size TV and the WIFI in spite of being out in the sticks work OK as its provided via a satellite dish. The TV using the fire stick provided does pauses and buffers on a couple of times during most programs irrespective of TV channel. Freeview is fine no problems.We thought so much of the place we have booked a different accommodation on the site for next year.We got a lovely welcome pack that covers all of the essentials and more.With exceptional fresh home cooked Welsh cakes and a lovely white loaf. It's warm and comfortable property. The Hosts were friendly and helpful. Our Dogs also loved the place and we had many days out to some different places including Beaches including Poppet Sands, Forests as well as well larger towns Aberystwyth and Cardigan. As they have larger Supermarkets.It has a well equipped Kitchen with almost everything you might need. Including a min washing machine and a worthwhile size fridge and freezer. The property we stayed has been adapted for those with some extra requirements such as low height worktops an a wet room type shower and extra hand rails around the toilet. We didn't book it for that reason it happened luckily for us to come up on a web search when we were let down by a property from Sykes Cottages and they didn't help us in a timely or effective manner.

We stayed here for a week whilst we had some building work done. My wife's mobility is not good and the Dairy is designed for wheelchair users and the disabled. The wet room was a blessing and the six foot bed, a dream. We were greeted with a welcome pack consisting of home made jam, chutney, bread and welsh cakes. A nice touch. Pam, the owner, was very nice and made us very welcome. If we didn't live so near (20 miles) we would definately use it again as a holiday home.
