In a rural setting but located just 3 miles south of the seaside town of Aberystwyth and with beautiful views of mountains and coast, No 4 Pengraig Draw is furnished and equipped to a very good standard. No 4 Pengraig Draw is a semi-detached cottage boasting spacious accommodation for up to eight people and has the added benefit of a lovely conservatory, as well as a hot tub and a garden (enclosed by a low wall) so that you can enjoy relaxing in this wonderful location.

You can discover clean sandy beaches with clear waters, caves, waterfalls, wild rugged cliffs and so much more. Many of the beaches are dog friendly year round if you are bringing your pet on holiday. There are fabulous coastal walks across the headlands to secret coves rarely visited except by birds and the ghosts of ancient smugglers. The pretty coastal towns of New Quay and Aberaeron are well worth exploring and offer quaint shops, and a wide choice of cafes and restaurants. Sit on a harbour wall and drink in the atmosphere whilst enjoying a local honey ice cream or fish and chips!

The dignified, Victorian resort of Aberystwyth with its electric cliff railway, promenade and pier, is close by as are the compelling Cambrian Mountains, a ‘Wild Wales’ of hill sheep farms, forest and lakelands. Take a stately meandering train ride on what was once a working link between local lead mines and the harbour. The Vale of Rheidol Railway now runs a steam train service through the Rheidol Valley terminating at Devil’s Bridge, and here you can choose to go and see the three bridges over the river, or visit other attractions such as the famous Mynach Falls, Devil’s Punch Bowl and Jacob’s Ladder.

When you have returned to Pengraig after days out exploring you can enjoy the tranquil location and children will appreciate the shared play area with toys.

No 4 Pengraig Draw can be booked together with No 1 Pengraig Draw (UK6434), No 2 Pengraig Draw (UK6435) and No 5 Pengraig Draw (CC621060) to accommodate up to 22 guests.

The cottage was lovely, very comfortable and well equipped situated on a hillside with stunning scenery. We were able to access the coastal path from the farm site and walk over to Aberystwyth. Also a short drive away from Aberaeron and Newquay lovely coastal villages with a relaxed cafe culture vibe.(Could do with TV remotes for the bedrooms but didn’t really bother us as we were tired after busy days out.) We all had a grand stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

A beautiful cottage in a fabulous location. It could easily be an outstanding 5* cottage. The location is gorgeous with the most incredible views from the conservatory. The bed linen was beautiful and clean and the bathrooms were cleanThe only thing that let's it down is that it needs some tlc.The dishwasher doesn't work properly, it seems like the water doesn't get in. Because of this much of the crockery and the pots and pans weren't very clean. We asked for a travel cot, which was available, however it was dirty and mouldy, so wasn't used. The high chair was also dirty and needed a good clean. The blinds and lights in the conservatory are covered in fly poop. The vacuum cleaner absolutely stank so wasn't pleasant to use. There was no information on how the recycling worked. If the owners would give the whole place a deep clean, replace the scruffy furniture and generally update things such as a smart tv it would be incredible. Despite the faults we would definitely stay again.
