This property is located in the beautiful seaside village of Tresaith, and enjoys stunning sea views. The golden sandy beach can be accessed on foot in less than 300 metres from your doorstep and the village also has a shop, pub and beach cafe. If you enjoy hiking, the coastal path is easily accessed from here with varying walks depending on your ability. There is plenty to be explored from here on foot but if you want to adventure further afield, try Newquay (14 miles) which is a lively seaside town with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, or head to Cardigan (8.5 miles) – a firm favourite with foodies.
You are welcomed into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner as you enter the apartment. The lounge has a three-seater sofa and a Smart TV to enjoy your favourite TV shows or movies. Enjoy the views from the balcony doors out over the sea and relax after a day of exploring. The contemporary kitchen is well appointed to make a hearty breakfast or lunch and just off the kitchen, there is a convenient wet room. The king-size bed is upstairs on the mezzanine level, with its own lighting system for ultimate relaxation. Please note, the mezzanine is accessed via a steep alternate- tread staircase and sits in the loft space, so head heigh is reduced and the bed accessed from one side only.
Externally, there is a patio terrace with outdoor seating where you can enjoy dining alfresco and watch the sunset on the bay. There is parking available situated below the property, with approximately 20 steps from the car parking area to access the property.
