Guests appreciate the spaciousness, the enclosed garden ideal for children and pets, and the cosy atmosphere with a log fire. The rural setting offers tranquility and proximity to nature, with some guests enjoying the presence of farm animals. The property is described as a comfortable base for exploring the beautiful surroundings, though some mention the narrow access lanes.

The location is highly praised for its tranquility and proximity to nature, with easy access to walking routes and beaches. However, some guests note the remote nature and narrow lanes as potential challenges, which slightly impacts the score.

The facilities, including the kitchen and heating, are generally appreciated, but there are some comments about ongoing improvements and minor issues like fridge space and water pressure, which suggest room for enhancement.

Several reviews mention thoughtful touches like a warm welcome, Welsh cakes, and fresh flowers. While these gestures are appreciated, it is noted that such personal touches, though likely, are not guaranteed for every stay.

We enjoyed our 2wk stay and grateful to you for putting the heating on that day when it poured with rain, we were soaked. The house stands down a quiet lane away from roads etc. The only noise was nature, sheep, birds of which we saw plenty in the garden, our dog loved the enclosed garden to run around in. We visited the beaches, lovely trails for wheelchair users like myself, Fishguard with its cafe for cream teas. For peace and quiet you couldn't wish for anywhere better, a big thankyou.

Location is great for visiting local places. The cottage itself has everything you could need. Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, full size freezer and separate fridge. Living room is very spacious and has a lovely fireplace for those cooler nights. Beds are extremely comfortable and the garden is perfect for relaxing and watching the birds feeding. I would definitely recommend this cottage and would happily stay there again

The garden is a lovely place to unwind and fantastic and safe for dogs. Our two loved it and had a brilliant time running around. Fran is a great host, there if needed, but not intrusive. It was our second visit and from reading the guest book, many people return for multiple visits, so that says it all. Thanks Fran, you do a great job!!
