First floor apartment in a small coastal village of Tresaith on the West Wales coast with a great local pub, shop and of course the golden sandy beach.

Lovely quiet location with great views from the lounge window over Tresaith. The property is located at the top of the steep hill, located by steps leading down to the beach. The property is quite small, but adequate for two, has a very very small kitchen, but with a good size fridge and separate freezer. Good set of sharp knives. As the front door has a, Yale lock, we used the key safe to put the key in every time we left the property. There’s shared parking outside. I’d recommend a tourch, as the area is very dark. Hair dryer isn’t provided. Towels inc tea towels and oven gloves provided. Great walks from the property. We did have an issue with the tv connection, which we only used in the evening, I messaged the owner, who did promptly reply, but unfortunately wasn’t something that could be fixed there and then.

Nice flat well appointed! Fire doors are so hard to open and close! Sofa very uncomfortable! But generally no major complaints! Hard climb back to flat from the beach! Well appointed and clean!
