A lovely Grade II listed terraced cottage, which is ideally located in the heart of the small village of Hutton, close to Weston-super-Mare on the Somerset coast. This charming cottage in Hutton is furnished throughout in a modern style whilst retaining much of its old-world charm, and is perfect for friends to enjoy time together and discover this splendid part of the country. This Weston-super-Mare cottage has two bedrooms, one with the flexibility of being a twin or Super King on request and one double, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. At the front of this splendid Somerset cottage, there is a courtyard, a lovely place to relax, as well as access to a shared indoor recreation area with table tennis in the old coach house next door.
From your lovely Somerset holiday cottage, explore the historic village of Hutton, which is listed in the Domesday Book, where you can visit the many historical buildings. Together with the West Mendip Way, with its cycling and walking trail, there are also the famous Cheddar Caves and Gorge, with amazing clifftop walks, and Weston-super-Mare with its wide range of cafes, shops and entertainment, all only short drives away. A couple of miles up the coast you will find a sandy beach, which is perfect for the little ones to play whilst you relax in the sun. The traditional seaside town of Weston-super-Mare offers awarding-winning sandy beaches, donkey rides, water sports, restaurants and shops as well as the Playhouse, Winter Gardens and the Grand Pier offering a year-round programme of shows, musicals and fairs. Burnham and Berrow Championship Golf Course is also close by. Sand Bay, just 2 miles away offers an unspoilt beach allowing dog walking and horse riding all year round, plus Sand Point and Middle Hope, owned by the National Trust and open free to the public are near by. The famous Cheddar Caves and Gorge, with amazing cliff top walks, is only a short drive away, as are historic Wells, England's smallest city and Glastonbury Tor, with its connections to King Arthur. Further afield you can enjoy the breathtaking coastline, cliffs, sheltered bays, and of course the ponies, of the beautiful Exmoor National Park. A great holiday destination for both the very active or those wishing to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

We've stayed here twice before and it never let's us down Margaret and her family are such a lovely friendly people we are looking forward to booking to again next year with them and the stunning cottage I'd definitely give it 10 out of 10

I did notice some dust and fluff in corners of rooms ect, however bathroom and kitchen all clean and well equipped and it didn't bother us. Upstairs was hot and could have done with option less tog duvets but it was very hot weather as well and I know it is hard to keep an old building cool. overall thankyou for a lovely stay
