The cottage was fantastic. Everything we needed and more. Two seperate gardens fully enclosed. Loved the view of the Teifi estuary and being able to see it from all windows - especially from dining room. We only needed the ground floor and bed very comfy. The Ferry which was only 5 min walk away did a great Sunday roast including in the evening. Fish and chips in St Dogmaels delicious. Poppit sands was around 15 min walk away - there is no pavement but all drivers were considerate. Beautiful there. Lots of lovely places close by to visit by car - loved St Davids around an hour, Tenby an hour, Cilgerran Castle and Cenarth Falls 15 mins, Mwnt 10 mins and further up coast to Aberporth etc., St Dogmaels Abbey 10 min walk which is free and has a visitor centre with cafe - definitely worth a look. We had a wonderful time..

This is a great holiday let. Well equipped and maintained. Very clean. It was good to have a ground floor bedroom. The location was really nice with a lovely view. My 2 dogs enjoyed the fully enclosed garden, front and back.I would highly recommend.

Green Acre was a last minute change due to issues with Cottages.com previous booking. Owners were extremely helpful taking in our shopping delivery due to delays in arriving due to multiple accidents on way. Driveway wasn’t accessible due to gates being very small, managed to park in front of the bin, but would have been an issue if had more than one car. Unfortunately our dog was ill so not all party arrived otherwise wouldn’t have been able to park. Booked due to being in a wheelchair, great access downstairs with a large bedroom and shower room and toilet. Lovely large kitchen with plenty of items, great cooker. Views from front beautiful. Some nice areas to visit by car but lots not accessible. Great place just to relax, we were lucky with the weather bet lovely in summer. Some very tight roads. Would definitely recommend.
