Robin Hill is perfectly placed along the cliffside in the charming coastal village of Tresaith, on the Ceredigion Coast Path. Popular with locals and holidaymakers alike, many people flock here during the summer for the lovely swimming cove suntrap and the popular bar and restaurant 'The Ship Inn' which sits above it. It's a treat, then, to find such high-quality, contemporary accommodation nearby, comfortably sleeping 5 people with incredible views of the sea beyond.
This unassuming property boasts views that will have you staring wistfully out to sea for days; the living area is dominated by large patio doors which look out, via a front patio, to the sea beyond. The owners have cleverly left the living area open plan, incorporating the kitchen, dining area, and lounge into one to maximise the light, space, and views.
Using blue-green hues throughout, the contemporary kitchen has all amenities you could ask for - the double oven and hobs are surrounded by sea-green units which cleverly hide a washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer.
The breakfast counter has been extended so that a party of 5 people can eat dinner while still admiring that spectacular sea view. What a great place to eat breakfast while planning your coastal day out!
The lounge area features two large sofas, a coffee table, and a 38' TV, but we're fairly sure that you'll be staring out of the patio doors and watching for the pods of dolphins that are known for inhabiting this area! On cooler evenings, why not sit outside on the extensive front decking area and take in the cool sea breeze and sunsets stretching out towards Ireland?
There are three beautiful bedrooms to choose from - the kingsized bedroom also has an ensuite WC and shower room. The twin room has soft, comfortable beds and views out to the front of the property towards the sea, while the single bedroom arguably has the best view in the house! All bedrooms have been recently decorated to give a relaxing, comfortable night's sleep.
The family bathroom is large and features a stunning curved bath in the centre of the room, with WC and wash hand basin with a mirror. The perfect place for a soak after a day of walking the coastal path.
It's the outside area of this property that makes it really special. The front patio area is immediately accessible as you approach the property, but it is the back area that gives the most stunning views. The patio with seating to the rear is a wonderful sun trap for relaxing and reading a book, but if it's sunsets and star-gazing you're after, we suggest that you take a picnic blanket and sit at the top of the grass lawn - which stretches upwards with the cliffs - and overlooks the roof for an even better sea view.

Open plan living and kitchen space:
The kitchen at the rear of the property with a double oven, four hobs, dishwasher, sink, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer. Patio doors lead to a rear patio and garden.
The dining area is a large extended breakfast bar seating 5 people.
The lounge area is at the front of the open-plan space with two sofas, a coffee table, TV on a unit, and patio doors onto the front patio area.
A small porch area is to the front of the property with room for shoes and coat hooks.
Heating radiators throughout and underfloor heating in kitchen, bathrooms and living area.
The extensive grounds include an enclosed garden with a rear patio and lawns sloping upwards towards a tree-lined border. To the side of the property is a gated outdoor shower, and the gate leads to the front patio, gravelled area, and parking space for 3-4 vehicles.
Please note; the rear garden is quite steep, so please take care with very small children.
