A superb semi-detached cottage near Newcastle Emlyn, set on a working livestock farm in peaceful and picturesque countryside. The smaller of the two cottages on site, but of the same extremely high standard, this quality Newcastle Emlyn cottage boasts a very well-equipped kitchen, and lovely French doors leading you into the spacious sitting area and dining area where relaxing family times can be had by all. Two wonderful double bedrooms have character beams and one has a rather unique doorway leading out onto the original stone barn steps. With one en-suite and two further bathrooms, this wonderful cottage is perfect for all the family. Relax on the paved area outside to enjoy quiet drinks or meals with just birdsong, the lowing of the cows and often just absolute quiet. We enjoyed the fact that it is a working farm with pigs and cattle and is set in lovely countryside. The accomodation is spacious and well appointed, although there where one or two minor things that needed a little maintenance. However this did not detract from what is a great place to stay. There is plenty for the family to do within a short drive and the coastline and beaches are glorious. Thanks Teifi and family.
