Ideal for a beach or watersport holiday with New Quay and Aberystwyth both about 10 miles. Clifftop or hill walking, touring inland, with Tregaron and Lampeter both 15 miles, and Cardigan about 25 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

A very quiet location although the access road on apoaching is very narrow in.places and quite tight with a big car. The property was clean but is in need of major modernisation and redecoration throughout. There is no Wfi and mobile hotspotting hit and miss. That said beds were comfortable and very peaceful.

Lovely location with the lambs all around. Property was very clean and kitchen was well equipped. Problem with hot water which Kate sorted straight away. Furniture in living room was not very comfortable and one of the arm chairs creaked even though all was brand new. Location was perfect for all tourist attractions. All within an hours drive. WiFi was very patchy and no smart TV. Great to watch Kate feeding the lambs and the sunsets were to die for. Everyone was very friendly and we enjoyed our week.

We had a wonderful time staying with Kate and Ben (and the lambs!) at Greenmeadow. The bungalow is immaculately clean, quiet, and comfortable and had everything we needed for the week, including washing machine, TV and DVD player. No WiFi, but this gave us the proper break we wanted. The location in Llanon is stunning with easy walks to the coastal path, local shop, and pub. My 10 year old loved playing and walking on the cobble stone beach. It is also a great base to explore everything the region has to offer - and there is so much to do within an hour's drive. We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more and we will visit again!
