A lovely holiday cottage- weather not quite good enough for us to use the outdoor space which is really pretty and looks quite new. Only reason it’s not 5* for location is because there is a car park opposite. There is lots of free parking in the street behind if the spaces outside are full which they often are.We weren’t there in the high season but it was great to walk to the town in 2 minutes but have a quiet place to come back to. The cottage is clearly loved .

We've just returned home from Betty's Cottage after a lovely three night break. The cottage is very good for stays in New Quay. A sea view and 3 minutes walk to the beach/harbour is the first plus. Parking on the road outside the property if you are lucky. First come first serve but there's a carpark just across from the property so all good there. A very clean and well equipped cottage. Comfortable sofas to lounge on. A nice welcome pack which was appreciated after a two and a half hour journey. New Quay itself is a charming location. We went on a boat ride and saw dolphins which is very common in the bay apparently. Even saw one while having a drink at a local bar.Blenty of restaurants/coffee shops etc. A short ride from several worth while places to visit. We'll definitely be back.
