From its elevated position on the hillside, Seafields enjoys panoramic views from almost every room and is within easy walking distance of shops, cafes, restaurants, and New Quay’s famous golden sands.
This semi-detached property is furnished with a mix of modern and antique furniture including a luxury kitchen with granite worktops and a Range cooker, and everything you could possibly need for a gorgeous self-catering escape. Patio doors in the sitting room open onto an enclosed terrace, perfect for taking in the stunning views and sea air.
A gate from the enclosed garden takes you into two acres of private woodland stretching to the clifftops. The secluded woodland contains a babbling brook with a little waterfall and is perfect for evening strolls as the setting sun disappears into the bay.
The property is a just a 3-minute walk to the shops and amenities of New Quay with a variety of eating and drinking options on offer. Wildlife spotting boat trips can be easily arranged from the pretty little harbour to see Cardigan Bay’s famous bottlenose dolphins and spectacular array of wildlife. What’s more, the Ceredigion coast is littered with hidden coves, dramatic cliff-top walks, and blue-flag beaches, making it one of the UK’s best undiscovered holiday destinations.

We absolutely loved our stay at Seafield and we could quite happily spend the rest of our life there. Absolutely everything you could possibly need in a home and extra. Huge garden, with lots of wild bunnies and squirrels to keep you entertained, lovely long drive, which does appear narrow but we didn't struggle with our Freelander 2. The view is lovely from all floors but amazing from the top bedroom. New Quay is a nice place, not too big but just big enough. The only reason I have marked good on cleanliness rather than excellent is because it is an old property and also the wood burning stove and fire create dust, but in no way detracts from the property. The welcome pack was excellent. Thank you very much.

We love it here! This was our second visit to Seafields with our dogs. The house is perfectly situated with stunning sea views and easy access to the town and the beach. It’s comfortable and well appointed with thoughtful welcome touches. An absolute gem!

We had a fabulous week , the only thing that would stop me going again was the hill down to the beach , it’s quite steep and not suitable for anyone with a disability, and parking is limited, beach and boat trips great
