The cottage has a rustic charm, warm and comfortable in both a seated or more horizontal position ! Toasty log burner, well equipped kitchen, good wifi and smart TV to watch " Small Prophets " yet again ! Scenery around here is most attractive, with some puzzling old industrial buildings from the past. A short drive to Devil's bridge, maybe catch the steam train to Aberystwyth, lunch in Spoons and a plod round the busy town....Only disappointment was I couldn't find the three legged duck !

A very lovely clean comfortable cottage in a beautiful part of the world. Just what we wanted for a quiet relaxed NY break.

This is the second time we have stayed here and loved the cottage as much this time as before. The location is quiet with lovely views and has even more fantastic countryside nearby. The cottage is well-equipped, warm and cozy (this stay was during sub-zero temperatures) and the landlady has added some thoughtful touches to make it comfy as well as pretty.
