Guests say

Guests have praised the holiday rental for its cleanliness, cosy atmosphere, and high standard of interior furnishings. The property is conveniently located close to amenities and beaches, providing a comfortable stay. While the exterior and garden area received some criticism for untidiness, the interior consistently impressed visitors.

The property is frequently described as clean and tidy, with several reviews highlighting the cleanliness of the interior. However, some guests noted rubbish around the outside, slightly lowering the score.

The location is generally well-received, being close to local attractions and amenities. It is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, which is appreciated by guests. The proximity to the beach is a recurring positive point.

Many reviews mention the property being cosy, with comfortable beds and a warm atmosphere. The high standard of comfort provided to guests is a consistent theme throughout the feedback.

Facilities are mostly adequate, with good kitchen appliances and furniture. However, guests have suggested improvements regarding maintenance issues like mold on window frames, missing recycling bins, and the need for more kitchenware and drying options for clothes.

There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the hosts in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

Upstairs window frames are covered in black mold on the inside especially the rear bedroom would suggest a regular weekly wipe down this may also help with opening the windows as very stiff due to mold and mildew (just a maintenance note) Property would benefit from a foldable clothing airing rack as there is a washing machine etc but nowhere in or outside the property to put wet clothing etc to dry once washed Listing also stated side garden however it did not say this was an embankment covered in ivy with no proper pathway and a very low bench at the top this is misleading on the listing as most people would think they could sit outside high % of people probably no to able to access this area Apart from this the house was comfortable clean and fully equipped would recommend it

Great location at the end of quiet cul de sac but only 5 mins drive to the beach. As other people have commented it does lack kerb appeal but the inside definitely makes up for it. Beautifully furnished & definitely a home from home. Had everything we wanted from a holiday house & would definitely stay again!

Outside is not really a garden and is quite scruffy
